“With its constant, quiet ventilation, the new Ultra Silent Select-Air Fan is perfect for everyday use in any room,” says Patrick Nielsen, marketing manager, ventilation fans, Broan-NuTone®. “For extra ventilation, such as for shower humidity, the homeowner can just flip a switch to activate boost mode, which maximizes ventilation while still saving energy.”

The new QTRE080C2S is customizable and can be wired with either one or two function controls to meet a homeowner’s specific needs. The low setting achieves a constant flow of 40 CFM, and the boost mode increases the flow to a full 80 CFM maximum ventilation. As one of more than 50 ENERGY STAR fans available from Broan-NuTone, the QTRE080C2S offers extremely quiet operation at less than 0.3 sones in normal mode and only 0.8 sones in boost mode. Additional features of the QTRE080C2S include the following:
