| During
the month of May the Woburn Group of Johnstone Supply held
two Customer Appreciation Days at branch locations in
Woburn, and Medford.
“This is the 19th year we
have held our “Spring- Fling” celebrations”, said CEO,
Neal Reynolds. “We want to let our customers know how much
we appreciate them and that we sincerely consider them
industry partners and appreciate their business with us
throughout the year,” he added.


The Lunch & Learn
format featured exhibitions of equipment and new products by
over 15 top manufacturers, who were able to answer questions
about new equipment features, service benefits, component
choices and complete warranty programs.

| This
year, back by popular demand, a terrific home style barbecue
feast was cooked up by Bill Curry , Steve Hilbrunner and
Neal Reynolds with steak-tips, Italian sausages, burgers and
much more. Customers had an opportunity to take time to sit
over lunch with Branch Managers, Outside Sales personnel and
Counter personnel at both locations, as well as to meet and
greet old friends from around the HVAC Industry of Greater
Boston.
Another highlight of this
year’s series, again back by popular demand, was a visit
by the Patriot Cheerleaders who were on hand to meet and
greet customers, have pictures taken and to sign autographs.

view and print pictures from the show. Both events were a
HUGE success!


Prizes of tool kits, golf
clubs, Red Sox tickets and gas cards were raffled. Other
Giveaways included two 42” fl at screen TV’s, meters,
T-shirts and much more. Customers also received information
on the new Johnstone Website, promotional programs, training
opportunities, and the brand new 2011-2012 catalog.
