New England has taken to the road with a new technical
support vehicle that will offer on-site troubleshooting
assistance to its valued contractor customers. Branch 95,
instantly recognizable by its dramatic fire and ice graphic
wrap, is equipped to service contractors on the job site who
are in need of specialized services which may require a
specific tool or part. The vehicle is piloted by Nancy
Imhoof, Supply New England’s HVAC Technical Services
Advisor, who is highly skilled in all aspects of HVAC
installation and service.
Affectionately known as “The
Mom,” Nancy Imhoof is a graduate of New England Tech who
previously worked for Gem Plumbing & Heating. A
certified RACH tech, she is also a certified EPA Proctor
offering refrigerant use training and certification. She has
been actively supporting Supply New England’s customer
base since June 2009 in order to assist their
rapidly-growing HVAC business.

| Nancy
provides full service coverage to Supply New England’s
customers within Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island
and Southern Connecticut. Branch 95 has many components and
service tools, everything from a 3/8” copper fitting to a
sophisticated combustion analyzer.
She also offers refrigerant
reclaim and recovery equipment. “Our support van,” says
Jason Reardon, Supply New England’s Vice President of
Operations, “is a real demonstration of an activist
approach to servicing our customers with full tech support.
If we can help them with a missing tool or a part, or by
solving a jobsite problem in real time, we’re helping
contractors succeed at a higher level.” Nancy and Branch
95 provide specialized training at all Supply New England
branches as well as hands-on job site training.
