| During
the month of May the Woburn group of Johnstone Supply held
three Customer Appreciation Days --- one each at branch
locations in Woburn, Medford and Danvers.
“This is the 18th year we
have held our “Spring-Fling” celebrations”, said CEO,
Neal Reynolds. “We want to let our customers know how much
we sincerely appreciate them and that we consider them
industry partners and very much appreciate their business
with us throughout the year,” he added.
The Lunch & Learn
format featured exhibitions of equipment and new products by
about 20 top manufacturers, who were able to answer
questions about new equipment features, service benefits,
component choices and complete warranty programs. This year,
as a new twist, a terrific home style barbecue lunch was
cooked up by Bill Curry and Neal Reynolds with steak-tips,
Italian sausages, burgers and much more.
Customers had an
opportunity to take time to sit over lunch with Branch
Managers, Outside Sales personnel, owners and counter
personnel at all three locations, as well as to meet and
greet old friends from around the HVAC Industry of Greater
Boston.

| Another
highlight of this year’s series of events was a visit by
the Patriot Cheerleaders who were on hand to meet and greet
customers, have pictures taken with them and to sign
autographs. Customers who had their pictures taken can go to
the Woburn group’s web-site at www.johnstone-woburn.com,
to view and print pictures from the show.
All three events were a BIG
success! Prizes, including a 42” fl at screen TV, golf
clubs, tool kits, thermostats, and gas cards were raffled,
plus giveaways including hats, screwdrivers, note pads and
much more were also given away at this year’s events.
Customers also received information on new Johnstone
promotional programs, training opportunities, the new
website, the brand new 2010-2011 catalog and all the
procedures for on-line ordering, which features additional
discounts.
