| After
10 years, Don Frendberg has elected to transition from
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer to
Chairman.
Frendberg, who was just
presented with the Air-Conditioning, Heating and
Refrigeration Institute’s (AHRI) Public Service Award in
recognition of his leadership, will continue working on
behalf of the HARDI membership and HVACR community in this
new advisory role through 2011. After five years in the role
of Vice President within the organization, Talbot Gee has
assumed the role of Executive Vice President & Chief
Operating Officer.

has already shown exemplary leadership for the association
through his benchmarking, advocacy and membership services
focus which have contributed greatly to strengthening the
voice of the industry and improving channel relations.
The Heating,
Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors
International (HARDI) represents more than 450 wholesale
companies, more than 300 manufacturing associates and nearly
140 manufacturer representatives. HARDI members represent an
estimated 85 percent of the dollar value of the HVACR
products sold through distribution.
